Fundraising
Here at 18th Truro we are always looking for ways to raise funds for various events / purchases.
Annually we attend the Wednesday Late Night Shopping Evenings in Truro where we run a Bacon Buttie / Hot Dog stall. This is run by the parents and is the only time we ask for their support in fundraising, it is a great way of not only raising funds but of keeping 18th Truro in the public eye.
We also try and acquire a Bag Packing Session at Sainsbury's in Truro near Christmas time and if possible at other times of the year as well. Sainsbury's are one of the Scout Associations Corporate Partners and as such are always willing to help out in raising funds.
